Lolly Cake in your MOD Blend Pro
Anyone who around in the 90s will recall that if you walked into a bakery anywhere in the country, you could guarantee that a lolly cake would be among the offerings of sweet goods.
It was my favourite treat growing up but I haven't made it in years!
Lolly cake is very quick and easy to make (especially in your MOD Blend Pro) and requires no baking. It just needs an hour or two to set in the fridge.
